Tea Brewing Tips
1. Brew tea in something that contains heat. Tea always tastes best nice and hot. Things like glass or clear teapots may look nice, but the tea cools down quick and isn’t as tasty.
2. Porcelain cups and mugs or other insulated cups are great. Thermoses work well to because you want you tea warm all the time. My dad has a thermos of tea with him everyday and it stays warm from the time he leaves his house to the time he comes home (which is like, 6 AM to 6-10PM).
3. Don’t be afraid to try different strengths of tea. Personally I like my tea strong and bitter, but some teas are best a little weaker than normal. Try them out! You might discover something new.
